FRIDAY MORNING MEDITATION

Weekly silent meditation with others. A short welcome gets us started and then we practice seated meditation for two 15 minute blocks (30 minutes total), using a timer. This group is an opportunity to deepen your meditation practice in a beautiful space and learn from others in community. Occasional special guests share a bit more about their practice.

(Pieter Performance Space, pictured above, is where both Friday morning meditation and current breathwork groups are meeting. The space is a large dance studio with beautiful windows, on the second floor, extremely private and easily accessible — east of downtown LA. )

Monthly Breathwork

Active breathwork is a life changing meditation technique that helps you: clear your mind, release emotions, experience breakthroughs — in creativity, in love, with money — and connect with your deepest inner wisdom and intuition. I will teach you this breathing technique and lead the group in a special experience using the breath. The breathing practice is done laying flat on the ground (yoga mats and such are provided or you can bring your own. Eye masks are encouraged too). Music is played to help deepen the experience as is gentle use of aromatherapy. The super sensual, deeply therapeutic experience of breathwork has changed my life and I am excited to share and teach the practice.

1:1 BREATHWORK

Meet with me virtually for an intimate 1.5 hour breathwork session. We will discuss your current situation, intentions and needs and then I will teach you the breathwork technique and guide you on an intimate internal journey, in the safety and comfort of your own home. I will hold space and support you as you breath and then close the meeting with a short debrief conversation and closure instructions. $125 for 1.5 hour meeting
